Don’t have a travel question? Want to write me a novel length email (and want one back?!!)? Please feel free to email me anything you wish to ashalah@ashalah.com. I promise to try to write back to you as quickly as I can. But just know that I’m typically a little slow at replying. If you don’t hear from me within a few days, maybe send me a second email to yell at me.

So, I saw this post and thought of your creepy boss and the one-day job.

Hello, I came across your blog and was fascinated by your view in life. I think it’s because it’s new year and i’m feeling older now and stressed out of my mind with the pressure of having to do the normal things in life; like settling down, finding the perfect guy and then investing in a nesting home. It’s just so confusing. I’ve travelled for three years, mostly in Asia and will be coming home soon….so scared cos I really don’t know what the heck I’ll be doing once I come home to Canada. How did you coped with the anxieties of going back into the real world and doing grown up stuffs again after your travels?
