Happy Saturday everyone! I have to work today, hence the early morning post. I miss weekends, have I mentioned that?

Today’s suggested VEDA topic was to talk about, or show, your favorite place. I immediately knew what I wanted to show: Flagstaff Mountain. Whenever people come to visit me I either take them on the drive up to Estes Park along the Peak to Peak highway and/or take them up the twisty turny road up Flagstaff Mountain. It has amazing views of the Continental Divide and at the top there is a great hike that I did when I first moved to Boulder, as well as a Reservoir. The drive is a little scary but I’m slowly getting used to it. At least enough to film while driving.

The video is a little long but completely worth the entire watch since the scenery is so pretty! I dare you not to like it. My little point and shoot that I used to record the video makes me sound like I have a lisp. Which is awesome. Enjoy!
