I know today is Thursday but there was a good topic on Tuesday for VEDA so I decided to delay Travel Vlog Tuesday to today. I mean, Thursday starts with a T right?
First things first, VEDA has now infiltrated my DREAMS. I had a dream that involved Ashley (@writetoreach), Ashley (@AshleyD), Nico (@Nicopolitan) and Bri (@Habbala) and I have absolutely no idea what it was about or what we were doing but we were all at a hotel at some meet up thing and we were talking about the vlogs we were making. I don’t know. All I know is that I’m addicted.
Secondly, Ashalah.com got it’s first nasty comment. Apparently you’ve made it when you get one of those? Unfortunately the person who left it couldn’t man up and put their own name behind it so I deleted it. After all, this is my blog, I make the rules. I don’t mind if you disagree with my lifestyle or opinions but at least have the guts to stand behind what you say. I’m putting my name on everything I write here, I expect the same from my readers. That doesn’t mean you should always agree and write nice things. Just stand behind it. If you can’t, then you already know you shouldn’t be saying it.. Sigh, jealous haters are so much fun. They rarely know what they are talking about and in this case, they know absolutely nothing. Ironically, if they had read the rest of my post, they would have discovered that I was saving for more travel. 
Oh and when you leave a comment, make sure you’re work’s IP address and web address isn’t on it.

Today’s question comes from Carol and she asks a few questions about moving to Colorado from Washington DC. I personally think she should absolutely do it! Coming from the East Coast myself it has been a wonderful change of lifestyle. I couldn’t recommend it more! Plus there’s so much to do here, I don’t think I’ll ever get bored. Anyway, let’s let the video speak for itself, shall we?

Great vlog! I have been researching a move from NYC to the west for a while. Unfortunately I’m not done with school until Fall 2012, but I figure I’ll keep myself motivated by fantasizing about a move!
A follow up question if you have time… Boulder is definitely beautiful. However, in my future field (law), I think there are more jobs in Denver. So, how easy is it to get from Denver to Boulder? Or from Denver to the mountains for snowboarding? Is it realistic to think that I’d be able to get a good dose of nature every weekend if I lived in Denver? And does Denver have any trails or nature-y stuff closer than Boulder?
