So I’d love to do a recap of this weekend but since it kind of is still the weekend in the Haus of Blog, that recap will have to wait until at least tomorrow.

For now, why don’t you check out what’s new around this here blog? You’ll have to click through your readers to see the changes. I have updated the design AGAIN, with four new rotating headers (refresh the page to see each one!) in bright spring colors–one of which is a play on my old blog title. Not only that but I simplified my sidebars, added a new picture of me and to top it off, a new page which tells the story of how I got the name of this blog.

Outside of my blog:

  • I have discovered flavors.me and while I’m not sure how I feel about it, you can see allllll my stuff grouped together here.
  • I seem to have forgotten I have formspring but nevertheless you can ask me questions here and I promise to answer them soon! Unless you ask me something anonymously that I don’t feel comfortable answering. I’ll only answer super personal questions if I know who they’re coming from!
  • As you may know, I’m on Twitter.
  • I’m also on Tumblr.
  • You can become a fan of Ashalah on Facebook, but I’m not really sure why I have that.
  • You should check out my Etsy site if you get the chance, I feature my photography there. While you browse through just remember that sizes and prices vary and all are available in different sizes, prices, and can be printed on several different mediums–canvas being the most expensive.
  • While I have yet to write anything for this project, you should totally check out E-Swagger. Don’t know what Twitter is for? New to Facebook? Online Dating scare you? You should definitely check out this informative site!
  • Are you in Boulder? Denver? Colorado? Do you love Yoga? Do you love Yoga for a good cause? If you do, you might be interested in the event that is going on May 1st at the Boulder High School. I’m volunteering with The Wellness Initiative to bring the Yogathon to life. The Wellness Initiative brings Yoga to schools all over the Front Range and Denver area and the Yogathon, a day of yoga for adults and children, is helping to raise money so we can continue practicing yoga in the schools. For more information you can visit this site, to register you can go here.

And that’s all I’ve got for you. A tiny bit of self-promotion. Now, go have a fun Monday (if that’s possible). It’s gorgeous here in Boulder and Jenn is in town! So that means, my weekends still on!
